Nick England, National Advisor and New Chapter Development
Email: nickengland@betaupsilonchi.org
Nick joined the National Staff as a National Advisor in January of 2009. He grew up in Richardson, TX, and graduated from J. J. Pearce High School in 2004. Upon graduation, he attended the University of Oklahoma to get a degree in Journalism. However the Lord had other plans for Nick and called him to seminary after his undergrad. In retrospect, the reason the Lord brought Nick to OU was for God to use BYX mightily in his life. He pledged BYX in the fall of 2004 as a part of the Eta class. Over the years Nick was privileged to serve BYX in many capacities as a cell group leader, proud big bro, and various Island Party positions including co-chair in the spring of 2008. Nick was also honored to serve BYX at OU as Chaplain in 2006 and President in 2008. Before he went to OU he always said he'd spend four years in Oklahoma then go straight back to Texas. After four and a half great years in Norman he graduated with a degree in Communication. Nick is now in Ft. Worth where he is attending Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary and working for BYX. His passions include knowing God intimately and spending time with Him, his friends and family. He also has a deep love for music, movies, ice cream, Promised Land chocolate milk, McAlister's, Bobo's chicken, and absolutely anything outdoors.

Tyler Wilson joined the national staff as a national advisor in December of 2006. Originally from Bartlesville, Oklahoma, Tyler attended the University of Oklahoma, where BYX pushed him greatly in his journey of becoming a man and follower of Jesus Christ. He graduated in the fall of 2006, receiving a degree in Finance. While at OU, Tyler was able to serve the Kappa Chapter of Brothers Under Christ as chaplain in 2005 and president in 2006. In addition to his involvement with BYX on a national level, Tyler is currently pursuing a Masters in Divinity with a preaching emphasis from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. He is following the Lord’s call to pastoral ministry and desires to spend his life helping people see the clear picture of who God is, whatever that may entail. Things that really stir Tyler’s affections for Christ are music, God's Word and good preaching of it, nature’s beauty, talks with his close guys, and being around his beautiful wife, Lauren. Other hobbies include golf, epic movies, and c-walking.

Tyler joined the national staff in August of 2009. He was born and raised on a farm in Thomasville, Georgia. Tyler graduated high school in May of 2005 and headed to Athens, Georgia to attend the University of Georgia. As a freshman, Tyler started to look for Godly friends in different campus ministries, and while attending the Wesley Foundation, heard about BYX. In the Spring of 2006, Tyler rushed BYX and became a pledge in the Pi Chapter's Beta class, where he later served as Social Chair in 2007 and President in 2008. Tyler graduated from the University of Georgia with a degree in Cellular Biology and Microbiology. As Tyler prepared for to apply to medical during his senior year, he decided to take a year off of school and then felt led to serve BYX at the national level as a national advisor. Beta Upsilon Chi has been an intergral tool that the Lord has used to mold Tyler into the man of God that he is today. While he has a lot to learn from the Lord he is very grateful to have had the opportunity to serve this fraternity. Tyler loves BYX amongst other things such as the Georgia Bulldogs, the southern culture, sweet tea, his mama's cooking, Zaxby's Chicken, water sports, running, working out, and eating. Tyler is excited about the opportunity to grow through his time with BYX, and is excited to see what the Lord does through the men of BYX in the upcoming year.
